Attendance Clerk
Roseville Middle School
Work Year/Hours: 10-1/2 Months – (7 ½ Hours Per Day)
Start Date: 2020/2021 School Year
Salary: $13.41 Probation - $16.91 in 4 Steps
Benefits will include a $30,000 life insurance policy and medical insurance for the employee only.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Successful completion of general clerical test.
- Successful completion of typing test at 50 wpm.
- Demonstrated competence in the use of computers for word processing, spreadsheets, data base programs, power school program, etc.
- Ability to meet and deal effectively with staff, students and community members.
- Ability to supervise the work of student assistants.
- Excellent record of attendance and punctuality.
Duties: (Including but not limited to the following:)
- Responsible for all attendance related records, reports and functions.
- Greet Visitors at Security Window.
- Share building financial duties and responsibilities.
- Communicate with principals, staff and parents regarding attendance matters, as necessary.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Principal or Assistant Principal.
