Data Coach
Work Year: School Calendar – 182 Days – 2022/2023 School Year
Work Hours: 7 ½ hours per day. Consistent with applicable building; May be modified/
Flexed by building principal, including the option of afternoon or evening
Meetings.
Salary: $43,050 annually
Role:
The coach will train building staff to understand and utilize data and to incorporate technology into daily classroom instruction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Preferred: Teacher certification and classroom experience.
- Broad based understanding and experience using instructional technology. (Example – Lexia, NWEA MAP assessments, M-STEP reports, Data Director, etc.).
- Knowledge and ability to gather, assess, and interpret data.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals and groups.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Serve as a member of the standardized testing team responsible for planning for assessments, implementation of assessments, and disaggregation of data.
- Assist teachers in tracking, interpreting, and analyzing common formative assessment data and common summative assessment data.
- Record of excellent attendance.
