Valid current Michigan Teaching Certificate with ZA or ZS Special Ed endorsement.
Willingness to seek certification may be considered.
Demonstrated organization, planning and classroom management skills.
Experience working with special needs children.
Specialized academic preparation
Work history exhibiting outstanding work habits including work attendance and positive communications.

Training or willing to train in nonviolent crisis intervention (CPI).
