                                                                    Attendance Clerk

                                                                Roseville High School

 

 

Work Year/Hours:                   10-1/2 Months – (7 ½ Hours Per Day)

 

Start Date:                             August 26, 2024 

 

Salary:                                   $15.65 Probation - $19.73 in 4 Steps

 

 

 

Benefits will include a $30,000 life insurance policy and both medical and dental insurance for the employee only.

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  1. High school graduate or equivalent.
  2. Successful completion of general clerical test.
  3. Successful completion of typing test at 50 wpm.
  4. Demonstrated competence in the use of computers for word processing, spreadsheets, database programs, power school program, etc.
  5. Ability to meet and deal effectively with staff, students, and community members.
  6. Ability to supervise the work of student assistants.
  7. Excellent record of attendance and punctuality.

Duties: (Including but not limited to the following:)

 

  1. Responsible for all attendance-related records, reports and functions.
  2. Greet Visitors at Security Window.
  3. Share building financial duties and responsibilities.
  4. Communicate with principals, staff, and parents regarding attendance matters, as necessary.
  5. Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Principal or Assistant Principal.
